Our agent will start with a no cost, no obligation,
one-on-one interview, including a thorough walk through and evaluation
of the property. A written report of the findings and marketing
recommendations will then be formulated and presented along with
s bid at which our office can deliver the recommended services.
Those services will likely include a combination of professional
staging, print media, television, website, open houses, direct mail
or targeted concepts. We will also engage a title company to evaluate
what, if anything, legally must be addressed to ensure your ability
to deliver clear title. Sometimes, a seller's personal circumstances
and/or the property, itself, will not mandate the full complement
of brokerage services offered. In those cases, we will tailor a
limited marketing plan and adjust our fee accordingly.
